Class size and checks

How we run a class

  • Class size

    Up to 14 children

  • Ages 4 years to 18 years

Staff checks and training

  • Background checks
  • CPR and first aid

Safety routines

  • Sign-in and pickup

Dancers are signed in at the front desk. Younger dancers are handed only to an adult on the family's pickup list, and teens leave on the terms the family has written down.

  • Warm-up and conditioning

Every class starts with a warm-up, and company levels have a conditioning class in the week. Dancers are asked to tell a teacher about any pain, before or during class.

  • Watching class

Families wait in the lobby. Watch weeks in October and March open the studio door for a class.
