How tuition works
Tuition here follows the level, the number of classes a week and the track. We share our figures at the placement visit and in the enrollment packet, never by surprise.
Tuition is set by the level, the number of classes a dancer takes each week, and whether the dancer is on the company track or the recreational one. Company dancers take more hours, so tuition rises with the level.

Registration
Registration covers a dancer's file, the studio's insurance and the parent portal account. It is due when you accept a place in the fall, and again each summer.

Billing
Tuition is billed monthly through the parent portal, and families can choose autopay. Extras are billed on their own dates, set out in the enrollment packet.
Monthly through the portal
Autopay is optional
Siblings
If a second dancer from your family joins, ask at the placement visit and we will go through how billing works for two.
Missed classes and make-ups
A missed technique class can be made up in another class of the same style and level, within the same session. Rehearsals cannot be made up, so please tell us early.
Beyond tuition, a season has extras. Costumes are ordered in the fall and billed before the recital. The recital has a production cost and tickets for guests. Company dancers also have audition and event entries, convention registration and travel for the season's events. Shoes and the dress code are bought separately. You get each one named in writing, with its purpose, before you register.

Withdrawing
We ask for a month's notice before a dancer leaves. A costume that has been ordered for the recital stays with the family, and we explain how a term in progress is settled when you ask.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether assistance is open this month. We talk with families privately and never in front of a class.
